Who we are and what these terms cover

The Corporate Strategy Lens publishes business books for working professionals, and short videos about workplace situations on YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.

These terms apply to this website, to the videos and posts we publish, and to the free resources we share. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our publishing software

We run a small piece of software on our own computer to publish our own videos to our own accounts and to read how those videos performed. It has one user: us.

• It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no one else can sign in to it.
• It only acts on accounts we own, after we sign in with our own Google account and approve each video by hand.
• What it accesses, stores and deletes is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We use YouTube API Services

Our software uses the YouTube API Services. By watching, commenting on or otherwise using our YouTube channel or any of its content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We use the YouTube API Services in line with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

Our content

The text, videos, book excerpts, scorecards and other material we publish belong to The Corporate Strategy Lens unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to watch, read and share links to them, and to use our free resources for your own personal and professional development.

Please do not copy, republish, resell or pass off our material as your own without our written permission. Short quotes with a clear credit and a link back are fine.

Not professional advice

Our books, videos and resources share general views on careers, managers and the workplace. They are not legal, financial, HR or other professional advice, and they cannot account for your particular situation. Decisions you make are your own; please take qualified advice where it matters.

Books and purchases

Our books are sold through third-party stores such as Amazon. Any purchase is made with that store, on its terms, including its payment, delivery, refund and return policies. We do not take payments on this website.

Comments and requests

Some of our videos invite you to comment a word to receive a free resource. If you do, we reply by hand on that platform. Your comments remain subject to that platform's own rules, and we may hide or remove comments that are abusive, spam or unlawful.

Links to other sites

We link to sites and platforms we do not control, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Amazon. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranty and limit of liability

This website, our videos and our free resources are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Corporate Strategy Lens is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
